Hi, I’m Max Duryee.

I’m a graphic designer based in Bellingham WA.
I find visual communications particularly interesting because it’s fundamentally problem solving — finding our need, audience, and message before constructing work that meets those goals. I joined Whatcom Community College’s Visual Communications Program because I’m easy to excite with new technologies and techniques which I pick up and learn to use for my work and personal projects.

When I’m not stuck to my desk, you’ll likely find me reading, playing games with my friends, or climbing up some very tall rocks. I’ve been honing my outdoor skills these last few years and one day hope to help teach all I’ve been taught to the new students of our local Mountaineers branch.
