Summit Assistance Dogs

Poster, Rack Card, Thank You Card

Background:

Summit Assistance Dogs is a nonprofit organization which leverages its volunteers to raise and train service dogs for people living with motor disabilities, free of charge to the client. Summit offers the necessary training and resources to help their volunteers train the dogs for a wide variety of tasks tailored to the needs of the client.

Problem:

Summit Assistance Dogs has no dedicated training center, so they rely heavily on their generous volunteers to help produce the service dogs they provide. I was tasked with creating a set of print materials which could drive new volunteers, and a thank you card to retain volunteers.

Solution:

I too their simple brand guidelines (logo, sage green colors) and took it to new avenues, creating a bubbly and flowing rid for their content which draws the eye, and focused on how volunteers could raise a puppy and change a life with photography of their adorable puppies and the people they grow up to assist. I created a QR code which leads to more information, allowing potential volunteers to scan for more information or just to save to look at when they have the time.
